30Oct-Nov00 >> Airstream installed
back in Nevada City, California. General interior clean, winterise
with antifreeze and burn incense. Find a nice postcard...
26Dec00 >> Leopard Skin print fur
installed inside on forward facing cabinet sides. Nice. Cheesy
bathroom cabinet turquoise restored - sorry Dean n Janine!
27Dec00 >> Visit Dr George RV brakers
in Sacramento: amazing place. We get new clearance light lens,
window handles and other bits. Sidney the cat loves Airstream.
30Dec00 >> Interior window frame
de-rust and polishing - removal of fastner mechanisms. Use Never
Dull for finish after 3M abrasive pad and metal polish to remove
corrosion. Re-assemble: big difference!
31Dec00 >> Further window frame clean
up. Andi gets rid of the last splodgey sealant ready for re-application.
Put up airstream postcard in frame.
05Jan01 >> Order 8 yrds of 'Tiki
Green' fabric from Melinamade fabrics for upholstering seats/beds.
That stuff is soo funky!
06Jan01 >> Andi makes pillows from
the remaining leopard print. Rich continues window restoration
and hangs picture. Pretty cosmetic really...
