b) How will you be connecting to the Internet? Select: MODEM
c) Click the right arrow to continue.
3. Modem Settings.
a) Which modem are you using? Select: iMac Internal 56k Configuration information.
b) What is the phone
number?
 Enter: 205-2016
(in the Grass Valley area, call GV.NET for other local
numbers)
c) What name do you use with this
service( also known as your log-in name or user ID?
Type in your username.
d) What is your password? Type in your password
e) Click the right arrow to continue.
4. PPP Connect Scripts
a) Does your ISP require that you use a PPP connect script when you log in? Select NO.
b) Click the right arrow to continue.
5. IP Address
a) Is there an IP address for this configuration? Select NO,
b) then click the right arrow to continue.
6. DNS
a) Enter the domain name: gv.net
b) Primary DNS 207.159.62.2 Secondary 207.159.62.3
7. Email Address and password
a) What is the email
address for this configuration? Type in your email address
as:
username@gv.net
b) What is the e-mail password? Type in your password.
c) What is the quoting character you would like to use? Accept the > character.
d) Click the right arrow to continue.
8. E-mail account and host computer
