1. Select Apple Menu, Control Panel. Open MacTCP. Click PPP and More...
2. In Obtain Address, choose Server. In IP Address choose Class C.
3. In Domain Name Server Information, enter gv.net. as the
first domain.
Enter a period (.) in the 2nd and 3rd boxes under Domain.
4. In IP Address, enter 192.168.1.2 in the first two boxes. Enter 192.168.1.3 in the third box.
5. Set the top box as default, then click OK.
6. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
1. Go to Apple Menu, Control Panel. Open ConfigPPP and click New.
2. In Port Name, select Modem Port. Set Idle Timeout to 15 minutes. Set Echo Interval to off.
3. Select HANGUP ON CLOSE and QUIET MODE.
4. Click Config. Enter gv.net in PPP Server Name.
5. Set Port Speed to 57600, Flow Control to CTS & RTS (DTR).

7. Set Modem Connect Timeout to 90 seconds
8. Click Authentication. Enter your username in Auth.
ID (lower case) and enter your Password.
9. Click OK, then Done. Close ConfigPPP.
1. To establish a connection, goto APPLE MENU, CONTROL PANEL,
ConfigPPP. Select OPEN. Alternately, you can open a
MacTCP program. The upper left corner of ConfigPPP will
indicate PPP UP.
2. To disconnect, close all MacTCP programs. Goto ConfigPPP and
select CLOSE.
