1) If the dialog box repeatedly appears you are entering the
password and/or the username incorrectly.
2) One of most common causes of an incorrect PASSWORD is having
the "Caps Lock" turned on. The USERNAME should be entered in all lower-case
characters.
3) Remember, both the USERNAME and PASSWORD are case sensitive meaning
that a small "a" is different from a capital "A" etc.
4) The USERNAME is the part of your primary email address that preceeds
the "@gv.net" in most cases.
